With 10 years experience across all aspects of Arb, Ryan enjoys bringing large and technical jobs to completion. He has expensive experience managing multi day projects involving over 20 operatives & enjoys doing large reductions and storm work.

Climber
Chaz has been at RBTLS since he started in Arb and has progressed into a capable climber. He has a love of Aerial work, and spends most of his time off of the ground. With a talent for repairing machinery, Chaz is able to rebuild chainsaws completely from scratch.

Surveyor
With over 20 years of experience in Surveying various utilities, Andy is relatively new to the Arb world and the newest member of the team. He undertakes the majority of the Surveying for our utility contracts, working closely with Ryan on the larger project

Groundsman
Kieran has been at RBTLS since July 2024 and has already gained his UA301, UA302 and UA5 qualifications, with a 100% pass rate. He is looking forward to his Aerial Rescue and Chainsaw courses, and hopes to become a qualified climber in the near future.
